Pre-Order Timeline
All items on our site are pre-order only. This means your board is handmade after your order is placed, so it won't ship immediately.

Once the pre-order period has ended, please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be handmade, finished, and prepared for shipment.

Possible Delays
Because every board is handmade in limited batches, processing times can vary depending on current demand and order volume. During high-demand periods, your order may take longer than the standard 1–2 week window. We appreciate your patience as we carefully craft each piece.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
